Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking an All Source Analyst with an active Top Secret security clearance. This analyst position supports risk-based industrial security oversight mission by providing impactful pre-Security Review research and analysis relevant to the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Research sources vary, but are primarily limited to commercial and government databases, controlled unclassified information (CUI), and publically available information (PAI). Currently, due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts, a hybrid work arrangement of telework and on-site support temporarily exists. However, the applicant should be within daily commuting distance of the aforementioned office location. Security clearance qualifications must be verifiable through either the Defense Information System for Security - Joint Verification System (DISS-JVS) or “Scattered Castles.”

Responsibilities 

• Monitor and process changed condition(s) of cleared facilities and in-processing facilities that impact the Facility Security Clearance (FCL).
• Ensure customers security programs are compliant with DD 254s
• Document change condition actions in Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD)
• Create and coordinate all required internal and external correspondence in relation to the facility clearance process and change condition requests
• Prepare weekly analysis report summarizing contractors' actions and impact on FCLs in the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Process survey follow-up action based on reports from DCSA field offices; initiate and manage Personnel Security Clearance (PCL) Utilize NISS, DISS, and internal SharePoint systems to determine the status of the security clearance process and to provide responses to inquiries involving the FCL process, requirements, change conditions, and Key Management Personnel (KMP) personnel security investigations tied to the FCL investigations for KMP at facilities in-process for an FCL utilizing DISS

Required

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in writing analytic reports based on review and application of critical thinking skills towards complex hierarchal structures and relationships
• Basic understanding of international dynamics in relation to U.S. security concerns
• Experience with security-related data systems such as the National Industrial Security System (NISS), and the Defense Information System for Security - Joint Verification System (DISS-JVS)
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to understand and apply the principles of research to analyze, evaluate, and interpret raw data collected from multiple sources.
• Current Top-Secret (TS) security clearance verifiable through DISS-JVS, and prior to start date.
